At Gozney, we want you to be fully satisfied with your outdoor cooking experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Oven

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Gozney packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and remain in resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid return shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
